Ledcor is hiring a Jr. Project Coordinator to support our Highway Maintenance team in Grande Prairie. This is a hands‑on, site‑level role ideal for those seeking to build a career in construction supervision and operations management.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced supervisors and contribute to the successful delivery of highway maintenance and construction projects. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of operations, including quality control, estimating, contract administration, crew management, equipment operations, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of office processes: subcontract management; change orders; RFIs (request for information); estimates & purchase orders and financial reporting
- Learn technical and operational aspects of highway maintenance
- Support safe and efficient work practices; promote a positive safety culture
