Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain Asterisk PBX systems
- Develop and troubleshoot IVR, dial plans, queues, and call routing
- Monitor and support VoIP infrastructure and customer systems
- Diagnose SIP, RTP, and network-related issues
- Configure SIP trunks, extensions, gateways, and softphones
- Work on Linux server administration and troubleshooting
- Support and maintain FreeSWITCH, FreePBX, Issabel, and Vicidial environments
- Perform log analysis and debugging using Asterisk CLI
- Integrate Asterisk with APIs, databases, and third-party applications
- Maintain documentation and system configurations
- Collaborate with development and support teams for issue resolution
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Asterisk, VoIP, and SIP
- Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS)
