Position: Junior Bauleiter (Junior Construction Manager) 90-100% (w/m/d). Start: immediately or as agreed.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers in construction projects.
- Coordinate projects with owners and authorities.
- Assist with estimates, construction accounting and invoice control.
- Schedule coordination with craftsmen and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Training as high‑rise drafter, architectural drafter or construction tradesperson (e.g., carpenter, joiner, mason).
- Preferable further education, though can be acquired later.
- Reliable, coordination‑strong and precise work style.
