Job Description
Your challenge
Conduct research on circular material solutions, polymer recycling processes, and sustainable innovations. Develop and evaluate new materials, formulations, and recycling techniques to improve plastic sustainability. Monitor and interpret evolving regulations, industry standards, and sustainability policies affecting plastics and circular economy. Assist in defining strategic approaches for customers to implement sustainable material solutions. Engage with clients, industry associations, and stakeholders to promote circular economy strategies. Assist in developing internal guidelines and best practices for sustainable material use and recycling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sustainability, sales, and compliance) to align efforts. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on material sustainability and circular economy principles.
