Thurber has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Geotechnical or Geological Engineer to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia .
As our Junior Geotechnical Engineer, you will work on varied projects and develop your skills with guidance and mentorship from our senior team.
Responsibilities
- Work outside on field assessments including mapping, investigations, and site meetings;
- Plan, coordinate and manage geotechnical aspects of design and construction projects to meet our clients’ needs and maintain Thurber’s safety and quality standards;
- Work with contractors and owners of construction projects;
- Review construction in progress and support testing of geotechnical materials;
