We are presently in search of a Junior IT Technician for our Toronto Branch
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, maintain and update computer equipment (computers, peripherals, programs and software, etc.)Check computer hardware (hard drive, mouse, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionalityManagement of the various security mechanisms;Troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems and software in person, remotely and by phone;Report anomalies or breakdowns in the operation of equipment, provide the solutions required for optimal use;Participate in projects for the implementa...
