Accountabilities
- Support in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents (NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Service Agreements, etc).
- Assist in litigation and legal proceedings before courts, government agencies and other authorities to protect the organization’s interests.
- Assist in providing corporate support to the group entities.
