Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and assign area-wise targets to ensure achievement of sales goals
- Ensure proper site housekeeping, coordinate with the Development Engineer (DE) for timely resolution of M&R issues, and conduct regular market surveys to identify potential greenfield sites
- Motivate business partners to achieve monthly targets and enhance performance at underperforming sites
- Prepare Daily Sales Control Sheets and track outlet-wise and territory-level sales. Conduct retail outlet inspection on routine basis ensuring all necessary departmental KPIs are met
- Ensure all products are sold at announced rates, maintaining 100% quality and quantity standards
- Conduct monthly stock variation checks at every outlet to ensure availability
- Conduct customer service and safety training for outlet staff Enforce HSE standards and product compliance as per company policies
