Job Description
General purpose of the position:
The Junior Accountant responsibilities include maintaining general ledger, preparing month-end close procedures and files, reconciling account balances and bank statements. Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all assigned accounting tasks.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
Help maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Collaborate with the finance team on financial analysis and budgeting activities.
Provide support during financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices
Other miscellaneous tasks or special projects.
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
