Duties
- Provide administrative support to the AS-03 and AS-05 in tasks relating to property and facility management.
- Prepare, transfer and classify documents/information received. Maintain a tracker on the various projects.
- Perform financial tasks (such as creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices, etc.).
- Collaborate with external and internal partners.
