Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Operation Coordinator focused on quality assurance operations, based in Madrid and fluent in Spanish.
This role is performed from Monday to Sunday, with shifts from 9 to 18 and 2 days off per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage the guest operations from check‑in to check‑out, including resolution of guest requests and complaints.
- Ensure the cleanliness and high‑quality condition of the apartments.
- Check‑In tasks:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure apartments meet or exceed quality and cleanliness standards.
- Manage guest access to apartments, including key management, keyless access codes and communication with the GX team.
- Assist the GX team with details about the apartment and building entrance instructions.
- Manage welcome kits and cleaning essentials inventory.
