Job Description
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will be an integral part of a regional team in charge of attracting and hiring the industry’s best talent, primarily in México, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia. Working from both the office a few days a week located in Reforma and home-based (hybrid work role).
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the HR team with the recruitment process in the region
Collaborating with recruitment strategies, and providing data analytics.
Prospecting passive candidates through search engines and social media, as needed.
Keeping constant communication with candidates, providing timely follow-up, feedback and correspondence as required, and ensuring their interest during the selection process.
Taking part in talent acquisition projects, from university hiring to sourcing strategies and technology upgrades.
