We're looking for a dedicated Line Leader who will work closely with the Production Supervisor. Your responsibilities include coordinating production, performing quality checks, and addressing any issues that arise promptly. Your leadership will enhance our collaborative and efficient work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production line operations
• Prepare and check all necessary documentation
• Supervise equipment changeovers and material availability
• Conduct regular quality audits
• Mentor and train employees to boost their skills
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of quality standards
• Bilingual in French and English
• Basic mechanical skills preferred
