Job Description
Position Title: Clinical Care Concierge
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: 4 Days Work Week
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00AM – 8:00PM / 8:00PM – 8:00AM)
Salary: $2,500 and above (depending on experience)
Benefits: Lunch and dinner provided during shifts
Job Description- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, and continence care.
- Perform basic physiological monitoring and report observations to the nursing team.
- Carry out planned nursing interventions under the supervision of trained nurses.
- Support nurses during medical emergencies and crisis situations.
- Maintain residents' dignity and well-being throughout their stay.
- Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations.
- Accompany residents for clinical appointments, hospital transfers, and internal transfers. ...
