Job Description
We’re looking for a Functional Application Support Analyst Junior to support global business applications across Sales, Order Management, and CPQ platforms .
This role is ideal for someone with experience in application support, business systems, CRM platforms, or order management processes who enjoys troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and working closely with both IT and business teams.
Experience with CPQ platforms is a plus — but not mandatory.
What You’ll Do
- Provide L1/L2 functional support for Sales, Order Management, and related business applications
- Support business users, sales teams, and operations teams across global regions
- Troubleshoot functional issues, data inconsistencies, and process-related problems
- Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
