You will join our Information System & Digital team, providing functional support and expertise to our clients and subsidiaries across multiple countries.
Your missions
- Provide Level 2 functional support for all D365 Finance & Operations, WSA, and WSC incidents from approximately 3,000 subsidiary users and 30,000+ retailers across 19 countries
- Resolve functional incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective solutions for business users
- Manipulate D365 data entities, including data import/export, staging table debugging, and error resolution
