Responsibilities:

Independently design, implement, and validate high-throughput screening assays for formulation and assay development.

Expertise with Hamilton liquid handling systems and SoftMax Pro plate readers for smooth integration in laboratory workflows.

Create quality assurance protocols for assay validation.
