Responsibilities
- Ensures turn-around-times are not exceeded and establishes sample/testing priorities in the department.
- Performs analytical analyses on samples of varying matrices.
- Verifies accuracy and completeness of in-progress paperwork and analytical data.
- Ensures adherence to applicable ASTM, IEC/Cigre, and in-house developed Test Methods.
- Enters test data and generates analytical reports as is needed.
- Provides a safe and clean working environment in respective department and general lab areas.
- Adheres to and promotes safety policies throughout respective department and general lab areas.
- Maintains generated waste in appropriate containers and within time guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Installs, calibrates, repairs, and maintains department equipment as required
