Labor Management Relations Examiner (Senior Field Examiner)

Summary This position is established in the Division of Operations Management and reports directly to the Regional Director or their designee. The purpose of this position is to serve as a Senior Field Examiner responsible for handling complex, high profile unfair labor practice charges and representation cases at all stages of case processing, and/or other difficult assignments for the staff assigned. Responsibilities As a Labor Management Relations Examiner (Senior Field Examiner), GS-0244-14, your typical work assignments may include: Serving as the senior field examiner and expert in unfair labor practice investigations and representation cases for the Region. Handling cases with novel issues, without precedent, and/or requiring considerable interpretation of law, and a high degree of original and creative legal endeavor.
