Specific Responsibilities
Administrative and Office Support
- Enter, edit, and maintain data in systems, including preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Operate multi-line switchboard, direct calls, take messages, and manage incoming communications (mail, email, courier).
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper security and safety check-in procedures.
- Maintain and order office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate maintenance of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Assist with basic building maintenance coordination and liaise with external vendors (HVAC, pest control, snow removal, etc.).
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and record maintenance for new hires.
