Lands & Properties Coordinator
Ledcor is looking for a Lands & Properties Coordinator to support the Bowmanville Expansion Project, a major transit infrastructure initiative. In this role, you will work closely with the construction team, landowners, and stakeholders to secure access to lands required for construction, investigations, and temporary works. A key part of this role is coordinating and obtaining Permits to Enter (PTEs) and Construct (PTECs) from property owners to ensure project activities can proceed safely and on schedule. A key expectation is to have sufficient technical knowledge. This role is ideal for someone with technical documentation review, communication, organization, and negotiation skills who is interested in working on large infrastructure projects. This position will be site based at our Oshawa, ON location to support the Bowmanville Expansion which will have a lasting impact on the local community.
