Job Description
The main role of the LR Associate is to actively manage and communicate with our linguistic resources, ensuring that we have enough talent to support projects.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, qualifying, selecting, orienting, and negotiating with Clearly Local resources
- Working with internal teams to provide recommendations for strategic planning; reviewing, preparing, and completing action plans; and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Maintaining positive relationships and fostering inclusion in the Resources Community
- Updating and maintaining the Clearly Local Resource Database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and their functions
