Role PurposeThe PSC Leader – LATAM is a senior people operations leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration services across the LATAM countries: Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong vendor management and HR transformation capabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving efficiency, scalability, and modernization of people processes and systems.
The role plays a critical part in HR transformation initiatives, partnering closely with HR, Finance, People Systems, and external service providers (notably ADP) to deliver compliant, employee-centric, and future‑ready solutions.
