Laundry Attendant
A Laundry Attendant supports laundry operations and delivers pressing, sewing, and similar services to provide an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure support is provided to the laundry function when required.
- Complete wash cycles, fold linen, and store items correctly.
- Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards and a one‑call delivery deadline.
- Greet guests in public areas and rooms warmly and friendly.
- Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and related services to guests.
- Store soiled and damaged linen in soiled bags and dispose of them correctly.
- Maintain the linen room and uniform store, keeping floors stocked with the correct amount of each linen item.
- Use and store chemicals correctly.
- Report maintenance and hazard issues.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
