Our client, a respected firm in the Personal Injury sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join their team in Toronto, ON.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent call or early-career lawyer to gain hands‑on litigation experience and develop their skills in a supportive and fast‑paced environment.
This role will consist of assisting with the carrying and the management of files including but not limited to drafting pleadings, attending discoveries, preparing for and attending at motions, drafting mediation memoranda, pre‑trial memoranda and assisting with mediation.

- Handle files proactively from intake to resolution
