Job Summary
Leads the adoption and integration of AI capabilities into existing systems to accelerate digital transformation. Defines the AI roadmap, builds initial solutions (including AI agents), and enables the engineering team through hands‑on leadership and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the AI strategy, roadmap, and use cases aligned to business priorities.
- Design and build AI‑enabled solutions (LLMs, AI agents, automation, integrations).
- Integrate AI into enterprise systems and workflows.
- Establish scalable architectures, standards, and engineering best practices.
- Lead hands‑on development of POCs and production‑ready solutions.
- Coach and upskill engineers, providing technical guidance and direction.
- Translate business needs into practical, high‑impact applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate delivery and adoption.
