The Lead Analyst / Project Manager fills the contract-mandated dedicated Lead Analyst position required for all SOW project work (2.2.4). This individual owns the day-to-day execution of SOW projects end-to-end: requirements confirmation, level-of-effort estimation, scope control, schedule management, issue resolution, quality gates, and milestone sign-off. The Lead Analyst is also a senior technical analyst capable of confirming requirements, reviewing code, and leading architecture walkthroughs across TMS modules.
