Key Responsibilities:
• Drive membership sales and set team achievements
• Lead a motivated coaching team with training support
• Oversee daily operations and center cleanliness
• Actively coach classes to ensure curriculum quality
• Build strong community relationships through events
Requirements:
• Prior experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years
• Strong communication and marketing skills
• Familiarity with social media and tech tools
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
