Job Description
As the Lead Camp Services at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V., you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Camp Services department, including Kitchen, Camp Office, Laundry, and Housekeeping. Your main objective is to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet audit standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Scope of Work (SOW) in alignment with company agreements, covering various areas such as HSE, HR, Administration, transportation, water bottling and distribution, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, staff training, budgeting, procurement, and camp facilities maintenance.
- Operate in accordance with Camp Facilities Management vision, ethics, and professionalism, representing the company positively to clients.
