Job Description
Be at the forefront of building a CIAM platform with Insight Global in Mississauga. This role allows for the end-to-end leadership of a Customer Identity & Access Management system using the Okta Identity Engine.
You will play a pivotal role in defining the vision and strategy for the new CIAM platform. This includes managing the initial project phases, overseeing vendor selections, and ensuring the delivery aligns with both business and technical requirements. Your leadership will build the foundation for critical customer-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and drive the CIAM product vision and roadmap
• Lead thorough requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
• Guide solution direction as the subject matter expert
• Participate actively in vendor evaluations and RFPs
• Ensure effective delivery management from external partners
