Job Description
Lead the design and development of bridges, tunnels and misc structures for mainline, metro, high-speed, and heavy-haul rail projects. This includes design of abutments, piers, foundations, superstructures, and decks. tunnel linings, portals, shafts, underground stations, and responsibilities like waterproofing, ventilation, fire safety, drainage design, plus compliance with ITA and NFPA codes. The Team Lead – Civil (Bridges, Tunnels & Structures) requires expertise problem-solving, and project management skills and is responsible for leading a team of designers to deliver the design of various types of bridges, including major, minor, RFO, FOB, culverts (box/pipe), suspension bridges, viaducts, segmental construautoction, I-girders and U-girders etc. The candidate should possess knowledge of alignment geometry, track-structure interaction, and compliance with UIC, EN, AREMA, and RDSO standards to ensure structures meet operati...
