Lead Community Support Facilitator (Santa Maria)
Life Steps Foundation Central Coast Adult Services is a social service agency that serves individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to help adults of all ages maximize their independence, support individual needs and choices, and assist in maintaining a desired quality of life.
As a Lead Community Support Staff (case manager) you will teach and assist adults of all ages in learning a broad range of independent living skills. Services are provided on a one‑to‑one basis and in the community, servicing the San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, and Lompoc area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centered services that respect personal preferences, sexual orientation, and culture, and promote balance of self‑responsibility and self‑reliance.
