What you will do:
As the Lead Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the Bank through the UK regulatory landscape and ensuring we meet our obligations to customers, regulators, and stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Conduct Risk, you’ll provide expert regulatory advice, strong oversight, and credible challenge to help the Bank make safe, customer‑focused decisions and proactive management of regulatory and conduct risk.
You will be central to strengthening our compliance framework—supporting fair customer outcomes, enabling sustainable growth, and helping colleagues deliver strategic initiatives in a safe and compliant way.
