Pay Rate: CAD 60–70/hrOverview:We are seeking an execution-driven AI Delivery Operations Lead to manage and accelerate delivery across AI, data, and analytics initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional teams, enforce agile best practices, and ensure seamless coordination between technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery across multiple AI, data engineering, and analytics teams

Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums)

Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth pipeline integration

Track and optimize delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency)

Align product priorities with execution across teams

Ensurepliance with dataernance, privacy, and model safety standards
