Lead Continuous Improvement ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a consultant and facilitator to challenge teams to enhance the performance of their processes.
- Works as a process transformation expert identifying opportunities to partner with leadership in support of the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate, track, and provide status updates on the continuous improvement projects and assess progress and establish cadence reporting on CI performance goals.
- Support and communicate issues that can affect our CI roadmap.
- Support business units with ongoing CI projects by guiding the CI teams on the organization’s given strategies to enhance process effectiveness.
- Act as a support to the business unit, in a service provider role.
- Relationships are intra- and inter-organizational.
