We're Eqvor — the first and largest digital marketplace for trading unlisted shares in Sweden. We're regulated under the finance inspection, launched February 2025, bootstrapped, and already profitable year one.
The market we're in? Secondary transactions in private companies are a €2.3 trillion European opportunity. In the US, this has been digitized for years. In Europe, it still runs on PDFs, phone calls, closed networks and handshakes. We're changing that — starting with Sweden, then the Nordics, then Europe. We're also building adjacent products to strengthen the whole unlisted ecosystem.
