The Work (What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
Lead end‑to‑end design of digital products and experiences across web, mobile, and native applications, from research and information architecture to interaction design and launch.
Collaborate with researchers to plan and execute user studies, combining qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions.
Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma and collaborative design tools.
Partner closely with engineers throughout the Agile cycle to refine designs, align on technical constraints, and deliver polished user experiences.
Facilitate workshops and cross‑functional sessions to align teams around user goals and ensure UX drives overall product strategy.
Present and communicate design rationale through storytelling and clear visual documentation to stakeholders at all levels.
