The role involves leading the support team, managing ticket operations, driving SLA adherence, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of website support services.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and website support operations.
- Good experience with WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience with ticketing/workflow management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and team leadership skills.
- Experience handling production support or high-volume website operations.
