We are on the lookout for a capable Assembly Lead Hand to support our DAYS shift assembly operations. In this role, you'll assist with the training of staff on SOPs and Quality steps, promoting best practices throughout the team. Your attention to detail alongside strong communication skills will ensure that all production targets are met while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and assessment of SOPs and OPLs
• Train both new and experienced staff on safety protocols
• Participate actively in Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Monitor adherence to processes and employee comprehension
• Identify and resolve any production bottlenecks
