Job Description
R.W. Tomlinson is looking for a Construction Lead Hand to work with our residential operations. This individual will work under the supervision of a foreman. The Lead Hand will oversee all landscape construction services on residential sites, monitor work and ensure quality of onsite tasks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to read construction drawings and pull information to set proper grades
Proficient with the operating of a rotating laser level and be able to work with GPS would be a great asset
Installation of stakes as required for layout purposes
Measures distances from reference points to locate boundaries of construction site
Ability to work in and implement safe work practices and contribute to a safe work environment
