Job Description
Lead IT Telecom Architect will design, build, and optimize complex Telecommunications and Contact Center architecture to meet business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and performance by translating needs into technical designs, selecting tech, overseeing deployment, documenting systems, and staying current with new trends.
