Hiring: Mechanical Engineering Lead – Data Centre Critical Operations
Mikkeli, Finland | Full-time | Site-based
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lead to take ownership of critical mechanical systems within a large-scale, 24/7 data centre environment in Finland.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring high availability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across mission-critical infrastructure.
Key focus areas include:
- Operation and reliability of HVAC and cooling systems (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs)
- Airflow and thermal management in high-density environments
- Planned and preventative maintenance execution in live critical settings
- Incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- BAS/BMS monitoring, optimisation, and performance improvement
