Lead, Media & Performance
We are seeking a dynamic leader to head media strategy and operations, blending data-driven insight with creative execution to fuel growth for our digital brand.
Responsibilities
- Own media planning, media budget, forecasting, and media operations roadmap.
- Continuously test, optimize, and allocate budgets across the media mix to drive conversions and uncover new growth levers.
- Collaborate with media agency and internal teams (Product, Brand, Data Science, Creative) to build and deploy 360‑degree media strategies, bridging the gap between “gorgeous ads” and “high‑converting assets.”
- Drive data‑led insights by translating complex media and attribution data into actionable business insights; ensure every dollar spent is tracked via GTM and analytics.
