Your future role on our teamAt BBA, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing strategic metallurgical projects. You’ll identify and implement opportunities for improvement in metallurgical performance of processing plants, either through continuous improvement, growth projects or by deploying leading-edge technology and innovation as well as transferring it. You’ll also participate in due diligence exercises for sound technical metallurgical processing on acquisitions, mergers and partnerships. You’ll be asked to share Chilean industry best practices with our offices across BBA to help better understand local realities. Finally, you’ll perform continuous improvement of production planning and forecasting.
