As the Team Lead for Cards Onboarding at Fairstone Bank, lead the onboarding of Secure and Preferred Visa products in a hybrid work environment. Enhance team performance and operational quality.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding New Account Specialists and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Your focus will be on improving the onboarding process while addressing vendor-related issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and guide New Account Specialists for improved performance
• Review applications for quality and compliance
• Manage service level targets for applications
• Conduct audits and monitor key quality metrics
• Participate in testing system enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree needed
• 2–4+ years of experience in underwriting or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of credit adjudication processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
