Overview
Summary: Location: Markham, ON Duration: 11 Months
Responsibilities
- Review and validate complete panel design packages, including enclosure design, panel layout, schematics, wiring drawings, wire lists, and wire length lists.
- Coordinate with enclosure supplier for mechanical design requirements of protection, SCADA, and telecom panels.
- Verify panel layouts for component fit, clearances, segregation, accessibility, serviceability, and logical routing of wiring and cable ducts.
- Check schematics for correctness, completeness, and compliance with standards.
- Validate wire lists for correct wire types, sizes, coding, terminations, and compatibility with manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with metal suppliers to define and validate drilling and cut-out patterns.
