This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale, multi-site estate operation, deliveringmercial and cost management support across capital projects, planned maintenance programmes, lifecycle work and reactive maintenance activities.
Your New RoleAs Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing high-qualitymercialernance and quantity surveying services across a diverse property portfolio. Reporting to the seniormercial team, you will be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, valuations, final accounts, tender preparation and contractor management.
