Take charge of technical leadership for Amazon Connect integrations. This role combines deep technical knowledge with practical troubleshooting skills to enhance systems.
As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the D1 + TPSS integration in the Amazon Connect environment. Your focus will be on aligning IVR/contact flows, APIs, and external systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Proven experience with Amazon Connect and AWS tools is necessary for effectiveness in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage D1 and TPSS integration with Amazon Connect
• Ensure alignment between contact flows and APIs
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for integrations
• Work with backend services and Lambda APIs
• Collaborate with downstream applications for seamless integration
Requirements:
• Strong expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito)
• Familiarity with FIS D1 is a plus
