Become the HPC Vendor Service Manager at Podtech Data Centers in Prince George. This role is crucial in managing vendor performance and ensuring uninterrupted computing infrastructure services.
As a full-time manager, you will liaise between data center operations and external vendors. This position reports to the Technical Operations Manager and is vital in executing repair activities, vendor compliance, and troubleshooting in a high-performance computing environment. Collaborating with various teams will be essential for operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage OEM and third-party vendor services for HPC
• Coordinate vendor technician activities for repairs and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
• Oversee vendor scheduling and access
• Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance
Requirements:
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in IT or Engineering
