Duties and Responsibilities:
System Management: Design, implement, and supervise the company’s HSE Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and the integration of HSE standards across all phases of O&M (Operations & Maintenance).Site Supervision: Maintain an active presence across various projects, conducting periodic site visits to verify safety measures, supervising specialized contractors, and managing work permits for high-risk tasks (heights, electrical risk, confined spaces).Preventive Planning: Develop and update Safety and Health Plans (SHP) tailored to specific site topographies and weather conditions, ensuring each project phase has a robust emergency and rescue-at-height protocol.Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis for any incidents, prepare detailed reports, and define corrective/preventive actions to be harmonized across...
